Camel Records exercises utmost care to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information on the Site. However, it cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise due to technical errors or incomplete information from third-party sources.
All content on the Site is provided “as is”; Camel Records does not guarantee that this information will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Article 5 – Products and Services

  • Records, music products, or accessories offered for sale on the Site are subject to availability.

  • Product prices, campaign conditions, and stock information may be changed without notice.

  • Shopping transactions are subject to the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement.

  • Secure payment systems such as the Shopify payment infrastructure and Iyzico are used.

  • Camel Records cannot be held directly responsible for security breaches of third-party payment providers.

Article 6 – User Account and Security

  • The user is responsible for all transactions occurring under their account.

  • It is the user's obligation to protect the security of their password and account information.

  • In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately notify info@thecamelrecords.com.

  • Camel Records reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts for security reasons.

Article 7 – Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All brands, logos, designs, visual and text content on the Site belong to Camel Records or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing of these contents results in legal liability under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the Industrial Property Law No. 6769.
Site content may only be downloaded or printed for personal use.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for the user's convenience.
These links are for informational purposes only, and Camel Records assumes no responsibility for the content or security of third-party sites.

Article 9 – Limitation of Liability

Camel Records does not guarantee that the Site or its servers will be free from viruses, malware, or errors.
The user accepts that Camel Records will not be held responsible for technical malfunctions, data loss, connection interruptions, or indirect damages that may occur while using the Site.
Claims arising under these conditions must be submitted in writing to Camel Records within one (1) year from the date the damage occurred.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to Turkish Law.
The Ankara Central (Çankaya) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for any disputes that may arise between the parties.

Article 12 – Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data obtained through this Site is processed in accordance with the Camel Records Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
By using the Site, the user declares that they have read and accepted the said policy.
